Employees’s Provident Fund Act |

We have adequate proficiency in maintenance & submission of following Statutory Records/Returns etc. under EPF& MP Act, 1952. Registering an establishment/factory under the Employees' Provident Fund Act and obtaining the Code Number Nomination & Declaration Forms in Form No. 2 (Revised) of the new employees. Form No. 9 (Revised) Form No. 11(Revised). Form No. 5A (Return of ownership) Form No. 12-A (Monthly Return) Form No. 5 Form No. 10 Form No. 3-A (Monthly Contribution of the employees) Form No. 6-A (Annual Return) Bank Reconciliation. Monthly PF Challan Preparation of Form 5(IF) Assist in preparation of PF withdrawal Forms (19, 10C/10D) and settling their claims. Assist in transfer of PF accumulation (Form 13) from one region to another. Eligibility Register Ensure the compliance of Contractor’s employees Inspection book to be maintained Attend PF inspector for inspection of records, appearing before the concerned authorities on behalf of the employer in 7-A proceedings under EPF Act. Correspondence/Liaison with P.F Department Information with regard to any amendment/changes in the act will be informed immediately Data in Foxpro +“DBF” Database File format in Floppy/C.D as per the latest requirement of the R.P.F.C.
The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970

(Computerised) Muster roll in Form No. 25 (Prescribed under rule 110) will be maintaned by the factory. Wages Slips in From No. 19 (Computerised).
Report of Examination of Vessels in From 8 (Annual). Report of Hoist of Lifts in From No. 7B (Annual). Testing & Examination of pressure vessel in From No. 8 in respect of steam Generator / Steam Presses. (Annual).
Change of Name of Manager / Occupier as & when required in Form No. 2-A. Form No. 18 (Notice of accident and Dangerous Occurences to be submitted within 24 hours by Registered Post). Lwf
· Calculation of contribution and deposited along with Form ‘A’ within prescribed time as per Act. · Updating regarding new notifications and amendments done by Labour Department. · All assessment & inspection from Labour department, when required · Reply of Notices etc. from the concern authorities.
